Everything Organic was created when Owner, Xhanae Barry was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder named Hidradentitis Suppurativa in 2019 while living in Tampa, Florida. She decided to move back home to the British Virgin Islands in 2020 and realized that it was extremely hard to find food products that she would be able to eat due to the lack of organic health food stores and organic health food products in the local supermarkets. She was forced to resort to shopping online but that of course became a hassle and overbearing eventually. She thought to herself, if it’s hard for me then it is definitely hard for other people who are not only suffering from autoimmune diseases but people who just can’t tolerate allergens, suffer from chronic illnesses or just want to live an organic healthy lifestyle.Â
She then decided to team up with her family to make it a family business since her mother, Mrs. Phillipa Barry, who is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist who also wanted to push healthy living and eating among the British Virgin Islands community.Â
